Dr Amrit Thiara, is the CEO at Derma Medical and also an expert cosmetic doctor. Dr Amrit founded Tiara Aesthetics with 3 successful clinics in the UK and has gone on to become the Key opinion leader for Intraline, the dermal filler manufacturer.
He has written and developed pioneering techniques and courses at Derma Medical such as the forehead and glabellar filler, expert non-surgical rhinoplasty techniques as well as peri-orbital rejuvenation in complex cases. He has a specialist interest in ultrasound-guided facial aesthetics and is developing a cutting-edge training course with Claruis to bring internationally.
Dr Amrit joined Derma Medical over 5 years ago and currently trains from the foundation level right the way through to AFT and Level 7 diploma. He graduated honours with distinction from the University of Keele in 2014 and went on to specialise in the field of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care.
Dr Zack Ally is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer at Derma Medical. He is an experienced and skilled Aesthetic Doctor, International Trainer and Speaker in the industry having lectured in 10 countries and 19 cities. Dr Zack patented the Artistic Facial Transformation signature techniques now being taught by our 63 trainers globally. He runs very successful clinics in Harley Street and Wimbledon, attracting patients from all over the world.
Dr Zack has won prizes with the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and the International Congress of Medical Sciences (ISCOMS). He has published in the British Journal of Surgery, and the Aesthetics Journal and has written textbooks for medical students.
In 2016 Dr Ally was shortlisted as a finalist for ACW’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award. In 2017, he was globally listed as one of the 100 most impactful healthcare leaders at the World Health and Wellness Awards. In 2022, he accepted the prestigious ‘Best Education and Training provider award’ at Derma Medical.
Mr Matthew Pywell is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and the Clinical Director of Derma Medical. He has been awarded multiple clinical distinctions including the Ian McGregor medal for the best implementation of clinical knowledge at FRCS(Plast) and a Distinction in Medical Education from the University of Karolinska, Stockholm.
He has a special interest in holistic well-being and runs a joint clinic with Nutritionists, Personal Trainers and Life Coaches, providing holistic improvement plans to those interested in looking and feeling their best. He also provides the full range of plastic surgery services at his clinic on Harley Street.
